About Sell CRM Data To AI
A small team that reads CRM vendors' terms, the data-protection and marketing law on contact data, and AI data buyers' intake pages, keeping a dated copy of each document it quotes.
The reason for this site
AI labs want to learn how deals are actually won, which only a company's own pipeline history shows, while the names and emails in the same system are the one part the law makes hard to sell. Separating the two decides whether there is a deal at all.
Written for
Founders, sales and revenue leaders and owners of companies whose CRM holds years of deals, activity and notes, and the directors, administrators or trustees of a company that has stopped trading.
What you will find here
A quote form for one question, "sell crm data to ai", that runs right on the page with no sign-up, 5 guides on related questions, a table of figures you are free to cite (see the data and how it was made), and the list of sources behind every number.
- Who owns CRM data? What the vendors' terms say, clause by clause: Who owns CRM data held in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Copper, Capsule and others? Each vendor's own ownership and anonymised-use clauses, dated.
- Can I sell my sales pipeline data? What AI buyers want from it: Can I sell my sales pipeline data to AI buyers? Deal stages, notes and won or lost reasons sell once de-identified; the contact table is the part to leave behind.
- CRM data AI training: which vendors' terms allow it: CRM data AI training clauses read from HubSpot, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, Twenty and other CRM vendors' own terms: who trains, who offers an opt-out, who refuses.
- Who buys CRM data? Organisations that ask for sales records: Who buys CRM data from companies? Data labs, brokers and marketplaces whose own pages name CRM, pipeline or customer-interaction records, and how each pays.
- Can I sell my client list? Not on its own; with the business, yes: Can I sell my client list? Why a customer list sold on its own breaks UK marketing and data law, how it passes in a sale of the firm, and what AI buyers pay for instead.
Where it stops
- We never take contact lists, names or email addresses through the form or pass them to a buyer.
- We never present a sale of a customer list as a data licence.
- We never treat a CRM vendor's silence on AI training as permission.

Questions
Reach us through Contact or at enquiries@sellcrmdatatoai.com; the rules that apply are on Terms and Privacy.
Fees are paid by the company licensing its sales records and only after a deal is signed: 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, where we act as exclusive agent for the whole company or one record type, and 10%, with a minimum, where the records go into a bundle or pooled sale; whatever a buyer pays us is taken off that. CRM vendors and buyers on this site pay nothing to be shown, and none of our links earn commission.
